Fadé Adeniyi spent 15 years working in tech and has spent the last seven years helping professionals break into the industry. She co founded Techlerator to formalise that mission and provide accessible pathways into tech. But as her impact grew, something unexpected happened founders began reaching out, asking her to help them scale their businesses too. After seven years of helping both professionals and founders transform their brands and strategies, she built FA to meet the demand.What started as a solo consultancy has evolved into a full-fledged growth and brand advisory, trusted by hundreds of clients worldwide.
